What we do
Four ways to train with us
Whether you want a coach beside you, a room full of people pushing you, or just a serious gym floor and the freedom to use it.
01
Gym Access
The full floor, whenever it suits you, with a coach on it if you need one.
Free weights, machines, a conditioning area and cardio — kept, maintained and laid out by people who train themselves.
Your membership works at every Fitness Empire club, so you can train near work on a weekday and near home at the weekend without paying twice.
Every membership starts with an induction: someone walks you round, sets you up and answers the questions nobody likes to ask out loud.
02
Private Training
One coach, one plan, built around you and nobody else.
The fastest way to get somewhere specific. It starts with an assessment — how you move, where you are now, what you actually want and what your week realistically allows.
From there you get a written programme and a coach beside you in every session, correcting what needs correcting and pushing when pushing is the right call.
Sessions are booked directly with your coach, so the times fit around you. Available at every club.
03
Group Training
Small groups, one coach, and other people expecting you to turn up.
A handful of people training the same programme under one coach. You still get your technique watched and your loads set, but you also get the thing training alone never gives you: other people who notice when you are not there.
It suits anyone who wants the structure of coached training with company, and anyone who simply works harder when they are not the only one in the room.
Ask at reception about current groups and where there is space.
04
Group Classes
Coached classes on the studio floor — strength, conditioning, boxing and recovery.
Full classes led by a coach, from strength and conditioning through to boxing, functional work and mobility.
No experience is assumed and nothing is compulsory. Everything is scaled to whoever is in the room, so a first-timer and a regular can do the same class and both get what they came for.
Class times vary by club and change through the year — call the club nearest you or message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you exactly what is running this week.
Come and see the place.
Walk in, look around, ask whatever you want to ask. Four clubs across Lebanon, open early and late.
